- Refunds and Service Adjustments: We maintain a no-refund policy on all services. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please inform your technician or management during the service or prior to payment. We will gladly adjust the service to your satisfaction or remove any applied enhancements/coatings. Leaving the salon signifies complete satisfaction with your service; no refunds or adjustments will be issued after you leave the establishment.
- Enhancement Guarantee: We proudly guarantee enhancement repairs (acrylics, gels, dips) for up to 7 days post-service. Please note that regular nail polish services are not guaranteed.
- Pricing & Consultations: Our complete price list is always available at the front reception desk. Our team is trained to provide a thorough consultation, including final pricing, before your service begins. Please confirm all costs with your technician prior to receiving services.
- Children: For safety, liability, and the relaxation of all guests, children must be strictly supervised by an adult at all clients' sides and remain seated. Running, yelling, or crying is prohibited. Parents or guardians are fully liable for any property damage caused by children.
- Health Conditions: Please notify your technician of any underlying health conditions, medical concerns, or diabetes prior to the start of your service.
- Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for anyone exhibiting rude behavior or an inappropriate attitude.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, and expire exactly 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Personal Property & Belongings: Guests are fully responsible for their personal belongings. Fashion Nails & Spa is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Property Damage: Clients assume full financial responsibility for any salon products or equipment damaged during their visit. - Photography & Media: Out of respect for client privacy, please do not take photographs or videos inside the salon without explicit consent from management.
- Cancellations: We kindly request advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Pets & Food: To maintain a sanitary environment, pets and outside food are strictly prohibited inside the salon. - Service Concerns: If you have any immediate concerns regarding your service, please speak with the salon manager immediately so we may resolve the issue.
